At the end of every winter, my eyes hurt for something fresh and new in my house. I know I’m not alone. 

As the Spring real estate market heats up, those selling their house may be trading in the whole lot. If you are among them, it might be worth investing a small amount of money to revitalize the space to appeal to the broadest number of buyers and fetch a higher price.
